CARSTAR McLaren Irvine

If I could give 10 stars I would. I can not recommend this place enough. I worked with Cameron who was so helpful from the beginning to the end. The reason I brought my car in was because someone scrapped the back and side of my car, and what could have been a really stressful process, I have never felt so relaxed and confident in a company that I knew was being honest in all that they were saying. Thankfully I haven't been in many "car accidents" so the process on how to go about everything is not something I know, and Cameron walked me through the whole thing on what I should do, what I should ask and helped take care of everything. They have a logo in the office that says, …

I got my bumper repaired here and I am very happy with the quality of the repair and customer service. Bill was excellent at providing estimate, coordinating the entire process and giving updates. Got my car back in a timely manner in excellent condition. Very professional and trustworthy, would definitely recommend.

We took our car for a repair estimate. They were prompt, courteous, and worked with us well. Turns out the insurance company totalled the car, and then they accompanied us back to get all of our belongings out, being very patient, talking with us, etc. Juan was amazing, and their front office was always helpful and courteous too.

Go to CARSTAR in Irvine! Excellent experience from beginning to end. 10 out of 10 recommend! Alec was very friendly and efficient. He was on top of everything and kept me updated the whole time. They completed the repairs on my vehicle ahead of schedule. The results exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff.

My second time that I bring a car to them. I was very satisfied the first time and I am glad I came back for the second time on another vehicle with fender damage. They did an amazing job. Alec Okamoto was very friendly and professional and I was updated daily on the my vehicle. My car was completed as promised.
