Auto Check Center

I been here one time and second time pass over. The shop is just right the corner. There have nice waiting place outside.Nice people.

This place is fantastic. I've been to several other mechanics in Orange county and have been ripped off every time. The guys at the front desk where phenomenal. They explained everything in detail the price never changed and they treated us better than any other mechanic shop I've been to. I took a car in to get smogged and brought it back the next day for an oil change. I have three other vehicles and I plan on having them all serviced at this shop. I can't stress enough how professional and reasonable this place is. I highly recommend this shop. Kimberly and Dennis

I went to the location at 8:15 AM. I was the third customer in line. I was told it would be 30 minutes. The manager took my key and disappeared. One hour later no car was being smogged and no one advised the waiting customers what was happening. At 9:20 I asked a mechanic what was happening. He said the computer went down so they couldn’t do smog tests. I told him I wanted my keys back. 5 minutes later the manager came up and couldn’t say when or if the computer would be back up. I left went to another store and was done in 15 minutes. Customer service definitely not a priority here

It has been a while since, My family and I have had a really great relationship with Mohammad and the shop for over 16-17 years. Possibly longer! They have always taken exceptional care of all of our vehicles, cars, truck, etc. Recently, they helped me put some quick touches on my Mom's Honda Accord for resale. It went fantastically smooth. Wether you need a quick smog check, a break job, or some transmission work, this shop can do it well. They will give you solid customer service, and extremely fair pricing. It's why I've gone here for so many years. Love these guys like family!! J. Anthony UPDATE: I just recently visited Monsoor, Greg, and Jimmy at the shop today as I ha…

Terrible service with incompetent staff and an appalling attitude toward customers and their vehicles. First, during the initial diagnostic, I was charged $150, and they confidently claimed that the issue was with a faulty AFR sensor. However, another shop determined that the problem was not the sensor at all but the PCV membrane. After replacing the membrane, all error codes disappeared, and the car became fully functional. When I returned for a smog check, the staff conducted the inspection, found no errors, confirmed that all system monitors were ready, yet still claimed that I failed the smog check. They did not provide any explanation or specify what was wrong since all issues had alre…
