Norm Reeves Honda Irvine Collision Center

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO Norm Reeves Auto Body I strongly advise against taking your car to Norm Reeves Auto Body even if it is your absolute last resort. My experience there after filing an insurance claim with American Family Connect in January was exceptionally poor. Initially, I was quoted a two-week timeline for the repairs to be completed. However, after three weeks, I was informed the car was ready. Upon inspection, the condition was, frankly, worse than when I had dropped it off. Several significant issues were immediately apparent: Poor Cleanup: There were white residues and stains everywhere, particularly noticeable in the gaps between panels. We are so happy with the awesome service here. We bought a car by Robert Yang. He is very professional , knows everything about cars, very symphatic and keeps his promises 👍 We also had a reparation there at the collision center and without any problem we got a loan car ( a very luxery one) our car came back beautiful! Thank you so much for all the amazing services you gave us and for this awesome experience! This is a very trustable company and we are so lucky !

The worst service I have experienced in my life! My car has been there for over 6 weeks and they haven’t worked on it! Also it took them a few weeks just to get the parts, so in all it’s been months since my appointment and I was told a month max! Virginia who I think is the manager, has lied to me various times and has not done her job at all! Just makes excuses! I’ve called over 20 times with no call back or response! I was told my car was ready and came in and it wasn’t even touched yet! I’ve had to extend my rental for 3 extra weeks, they said they would call the rental place, never did! I have never written a review in my life but this was needed to protect others from the worst experie…

Went in here to sell my 2019 vw. Danny was very professional and no BS. He inspected my car told me exact numbers and I left with money in my pocket when initially I would have had to owe from the miles I went over. Faith did my paperwork and was very informative and helpful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!!!
