horrible rude sales reps. went in to check out a car, no one came , asked for help, still no one came, asked to see a Ioniq N, rep said not unless you are prepared to buy it today and refused to show me the car. I dont know why Hyundai seems to have the worst people working for them compared to other brands such as Subaru or even Wolksvagon in souther California.

I took my car in on 5/13. They said they could help me get my side mirror replaced. I finally called to get an update on 6/7 and Nathan Oshana said he would call right back and he never did. It’s now 6/13 and still have heard nothing. I understand if it can take a while but at least call someone back and tell them an update??? Especially when you say you will “call them right back”

I could not be happier with the service I received from Tuttle-Click Collision Center, in particular Robert Gegg. Robert and his team were very professional and provided fast towing service and excellent communication in the process. I will definitely use them again in the future.
