Porsche Irvine Service Center

Amazing experience as always. My SA since I bought my 911 from here has been Henry who is extremely helpful. Had an issue with the steering which was taken care off under CPO. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend using Porsche Irvine for your service needs.

I was planning a trip down from Fresno and Porsche Irvine was able to help me schedule my repair during my trip! They were super quick and it was a comfortable place to wait! Very attentive and everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional! I highly recommend them for your Porsche needs!!

Jonathan Lewis is our service advisor and as expected he was so personal and caring. Took very good care of me and my Cayenne for our 40k service. Very responsive and reliable. As well as the Service Tech that did the work. Sent a good video of the under side of my car to show what he checked. Very happy and satisfied.

Had a very impressive first service experience at Porsche Irvine. The very courteous and attentive service team from Yves Vrnoga and Vincent Wu made my wait while my Macan was undergoing its 1st service enjoyable. They have a good selection of complimentary and excellent coffee choices and snacks while waiting for my vehicle. They also had my Macan washed and vacuumed after the service. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, the entire Macan inside and out was very shiny and sparkling clean. I can see why my choice of purchasing my car at Porsche Irvine was the best decision.

We were very happy with our experience at Porsche Irvine, especially with our sales associate Sophia Brault. She is a true professional who never pressured us and took her time to answer every question with skill. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating, and we left feeling like the transaction could not have been smoother. Thanks again to Sophia, and everyone at Porsche Irvine.
