If you're a BMW owner, do your car and yourself a favor by coming here to get your BMW serviced. The owner, John, is a standup guy and will do his very best to help you out. I just recently got a BMW 330i and I got a oil change light and vehicle check notification and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car and it's maintenance to ensure that my car would last the longest it can. Came in to get my Mini checked after receiving a brake system alert. I expected it to be a full rear brake pad replacement, but after inspection, Armando found it was just a faulty sensor. Thanks to his honest assessment, my total ended up being less than half of what I originally anticipated. I really appreciate the transparency and integrity—they’ve got me as a customer for life. Highly recommend these guys!

Our bmw n54 335i had all kinds of issues. Jon was awesome, super trustworthy and wouldn’t let us spend money if we didn’t need to. I would 100% recommend Jon as a service provider, I don’t think I’d recommend owning an old bmw 🤪

I brought my BMW E92 M3 to Irvine Motor Werk after reading all the great reviews and now I see why this place is so highly rated. From the moment I reached out, Jon was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything in detail, sent a full breakdown of what was done, and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. You can tell Jon truly knows these cars inside and out. What I appreciated most was his honesty he never pushed unnecessary repairs and clearly explained which items were priority vs. what could wait. That level of transparency and integrity is rare, especially when dealing with M cars. The work on my E92 M3 was done efficiently…

I've dealt with many mechanics and auto service centers, and it often feels like they’re more focused on their own profit than actually addressing customer concerns. That’s why Irvine Motor Werk stands out—they’re genuinely trustworthy. Jon, in particular, is incredibly helpful and transparent, which really builds confidence. From now on, this is the only place I’ll take my car for repairs or service
