Jiffy Lube

I was in and out in under 15 minutes. They pulled up my information quickly from the Tustin location I usually go to. They confirmed all my usual services, pointed out the $15 off coupon, and walked me into the waiting area. The waiting area was nice and cool, clean and very spacious. They gave me helpful information about when my spark plugs and engine oil is due, and how I can come back for an oil top off between oil changes if any leaks. They were efficient, oil changed, reviewed everything, noticed my account didnt have my new license plate information or my contact info so updates it, vacuumed and cleaned my windows and I was done in no time. David was who assisted me from start to fini…

My go-to spot because they're so quick and efficient. Oil changes at a fair price ($78 after coupon for synthetic blend). Was in and out of there within 15 minutes of pulling into the shop. The team were on point as I noticed them communicating with each other across the shop. Felt almost like a NASCAR pit crew experience. I appreciate you guys for respecting my time since I don't have that many days off from work.

service was fast and professional- didnt try to sell me on anything i didnt need. everyone working on 5.5.25 was AMAZING. my only complaint would be its cheaper other places. but the service here is wonderful, so i dont mind paying a bit more.

These guys absolutely rock! In and out at lightning speed. They are friendly, the place is clean, and they do great work. Best jiffy lube I’ve been too. Give these guys a raise! Way to go.

Just got the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. Probably was 3 minutes total. Granted it was mid day on Monday but still. Price was normal for full sythetic, filled tires, cleaned the windshield, supposedly filled fluids although I didn't check. Honored the local coupon. The guys were overly courteous and open with what the pricing and service was. Great!
